We collect and process the following categories of data:

• Account Information: email (required), name (optional), profile picture
• Application Data: calendar events, descriptions (up to 5,000 characters), event dates, images (max 500, 400KB each)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, usage patterns, error logs

Data is processed to provide the Service, improve performance, analyze usage patterns, fix errors, and send service-related communications. Data is also used for security monitoring and fraud prevention.

Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the application: Clerk (authentication), Encore.ts (backend hosting and storage), and Leap (frontend hosting and CDN). We do not sell personal data.

User data is retained while the account is active. Technical logs are retained for 90 days. When a user deletes their account, all personal data and events are deleted within 30 days.

Users may access, modify, or delete their data at any time through the application or by contacting us. Rights include data portability, objection to processing, and the right to be forgotten (account deletion).

Data may be stored or processed outside the UK/EU (e.g., US). Standard Contractual Clauses and other legal safeguards are applied where required.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Essential cookies are used for service functionality. If analytics or third-party cookies are introduced, a separate Cookie Policy will be provided.
