Keepsake is a progressive web application that allows users to create, manage, and organize events with dates, descriptions, and optional images. Data is synchronized across devices and stored securely using third-party infrastructure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13 in compliance with COPPA.

Users agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the security of their accounts, respect intellectual property rights, and not upload unlawful or harmful content. Users must comply with the following limits:

• Maximum 10,000 calendar events
• Maximum 5,000 characters per event
• Maximum 10 images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, up to 400KB each)

The Service uses Clerk for authentication, Encore.ts for backend hosting and storage, and Leap for frontend hosting and CDN delivery. These services process user data under GDPR-compliant agreements.

While best efforts are made to maintain uptime, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. This is a side project and features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued.

Users retain rights to their content. By uploading content, you grant Keepsake a limited license to store and process it for service provision. The application code, design, and brand remain the intellectual property of Keepsake.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from use of the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
